Wolfsburg’s Bosnian international Edin Dzeko will be handed another opportunity to return to the top of the FTBL World Ranking of Strikers when the title holders travel to VfL Bochum tomorrow in the Bundesliga: his plank to beat will amount to just 4.35 rating points.
Dzeko is currently in 6th place in the world ranking with a tally of 188.35 points. A goal could propel him to 3rd place. Only Valencia’s David Villa (199.91 points), who will have a lower plank in the La Liga game against Racing Santander, can compete seriously with the Bosnian for spot at the top at the moment.
Despite clearly being not in optimal form, Dzeko still leads in the FTBL ranking of Bundesliga strikers, some 30 rating points ahead of his closest rival, Leverkusen’s Stefan Kießling.
