AS Roma’s talismanic skipper Francesco Totti (pictured in the foreground) yesterday scored twice at the Stadio Olimpico to lead his side to a 2:1 win over Napoli and rise to 3rd place in the FTBL ranking of forwards in the Italian Serie A.
Totti’s first came in the 37th as he deflected a volley by Simone Perrotta into the net. He captured the second in the 63rd from a medium-range attempt.
The double earned Totti 16.65 rating points in the FTBL system, pushing his tally up to 141.29 points. He is now in 28th place in the FTBL world ranking of forwards, while second only to Udinese’s Antonio Di Natale (149.99 points) in our ranking of Italian forwards.
