Korean striker Joo-Young Park (pictured) grabbed the winner right before the break as AS Monaco stunned Olympique Marseille 2:1 at the Stade Velodrome on Monday. His effort vaulted him into the top chart of the Ligue 1, a first in his career.
Park is the top Korean on the FTBL chart at the moment, irrespective of position, with a tally of 107.45 points. His better known compatriot Ji-Sung Park of Manchester United has an overall rating of just 66.57 rating points at the moment and has not been able to find a spot in Sir Alex Ferguson’s first team.
Joo-Young is in 6th place among strikers in the Ligue 1 and could move further up in the coming game if Monaco win: his plank to beat will be less than 1 rating point.
