Inter Milan’s Brazil international Júlio César (pictured) kept a clean slate as the Nerrazzuri surprisingly trashed 5-placed Genoa 5:0 in front of their home crowd in Serie A action yesterday to take the 3rd spot in the FTBL world ranking of goalkeepers from Chelsea’s Petr Cech, who was powerless as the Blues went down 1:2 at Aston Villa.
The Brazil international earned 13.7 rating points in our system and now has an overall FTBL rating of 111.54 points.
In the meantime, Cech dropped 14.14 rating points at Villa Park as the Blues fell to a spirited Aston Villa. He now has an overall FTBL rating of 108.65 points and has slipped down to 4th place in the world ranking.
