As Beyer Munich continued their revival in the Bundesliga yesterday with a 5:1 mauling of No. 15 Bochum, Croatian forward Ivica Olic, who scored two of the goals, and Dutch international Mark van Bommel received huge rewards in the FTBL system to increase the Bavarians' contingent in the World Top 23, our list of the world’s top 23 players.

Olic earned 31.81 rating points and easily beat the low plank of 1.33 points he faced in the game to increase his tally to 178.04 points. The plank was set in Bayern’s 1:1 draw against No. 1 Bayer Leverkusen.

Van Bommel added 13.45 rating points to increase his FTBL score to 130.01 points and join the top tier of our world ranking of midfielders.
