Czech midfielder Jirí Jarošík (left) is joining struggling Real Zaragoza from Russian Premier League side Krylya Sovetov in an effort to prop up the sinking Spanish side. The fact that his current FTBL score of just 19.56 points is the highest of all midfielders at Zaragoza is a glaring illustration of just how bad things are at the Aragon side.

Jarošík had better numbers last season in the Russian top league; his score hovered around 70 points, but the descent of Krylya into the abyss knocked the wind out of the Czech.

Jarošík could debut for his new club on January 19, with a plank of 8.48 points to beat. With such a plank, even a draw will net him a bonus in our system.
