Werder Bremen’s Peruvian forward Claudio Pizarro will attempt to beat a plank of more than 20 rating points once again this coming weekend after the failure of his latest attempt when Bremen went down against Hamburg and he dropped, instead, 17 points and saw his score slump to 143.3 points.
At first glance, Pizarro’s chances of success don’t look that good this time, either. After all, Werder will play Eintracht Frankfurt. Yet, that could be the deciding factor, since in the games between the two teams, the visitors usually come out on top.
The last game between the two in Frankfurt saw Werder win 5:0! They have also won 4 of their last 5 games at Eintracht. Pizarro might, therefore, still have a chance of beating the high plank he will face in the game and avoid a drop in the ranking.
