Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi (left) has been sitting at the top of the FTBL absolute world ranking with a whopping 318.85 points since mid-December. He has doubled his score in the last month and a half, and even very high planks to beat in our system seem unable to stop him.
In the coming La Liga game against Real Valladolid, he will face another high plank of 27.10 points. He set the plank with the winner in the 2:1 win over Dynamo Kyiv in the group stage of the Champions League. Messi beat an even higher plank in the previous game.
Two goals against Sevilla allowed the Argentine prodigy to not only beat a plank of more than 30 points, but to also add 19.06 points to his tally. Messi has scored in 6 games in a row, which earns him additional points in our system. If he scores again against Valladolid, he will once again easily beat a plank and continue to add to an already stratospheric FTBL score.
