The top spot in the FTBL World Top 23 of the world’s best defenders will probably go from Liverpool’s Jamie Carragher to Chelsea’s Ashley Cole after the World Cup 2010 qualifier between England and Kazakhstan; Carragher, with an overall rating of 132.74

Chelsea’s number one goalkeeper Petr Cech, who is finishing the season among the three best goalkeepers in the world, is also the best rated Czech football player at the moment with 120 points over all.

Udinese’s young Ghanaian forward kwadwo Asamoah (pictured) is the new kid on the block in the FTBL World Top 23 for U21 players.
